If you purchase the ROLA PetPal Basic Edition, you get the main unit + storage module. If you want to experience AI auto-play features, you need to additionally purchase the ROLA PetPal Interactive Toys module, replacing the storage module in the basic edition. If you want to experience automatic treat dispensing, you need to additionally purchase the ROLA PetPal Treat Dispenser, replacing the storage module.

Does ROLA PetPal have automatic obstacle avoidance and anti-fall capabilities?

ROLA PetPal has automatic obstacle avoidance. During autonomous movement, if it detects an obstacle, it will automatically slow down to avoid collision. However, it does not have anti-fall capability.

No. ROLA PetPal does not have intelligent path planning capability, so it cannot cruise along a specified route.

What is the noise level of ROLA PetPal during operation? Will it disturb family rest?

Accepted Answer

ROLA PetPal uses a brushed silent motor and operates very quietly, producing almost no strong noise, and will not disturb family members or pets. In a 44.7 dB environment, with the machine speed set to 70, a decibel meter placed within 30cm of the robot shows sound levels fluctuating between 56.4 and 63.7 dB.

The vertical angle of the feather accessory is adjustable. In the App, there are three height options available.

Can I dispense wet food for cats or long strip jerky for dogs?

It supports dispensing pet food or freeze-dried treats under 12mm. Wet food is not supported. Long strip jerky is not supported either.

The feeding module can be disassembled separately for cleaning. The disassembly and cleaning process is very simple and easy to operate.

What does the ROLA PetPal Cloud+ membership premium service include?

It includes three aspects of premium services:
1) 7×24h scheduled video recording storage and playback viewing
2) Real-time alerts for special events and AI marking in playback. When a special event is recorded, a message alert is sent to the App in real time. If you miss the real-time alert, you can quickly find the event video through AI marking during playback.
3) Automatic 30-second highlight clip editing each time.
